Miss Alicia's Departure...

once again...the time has come for another of our lecturer to leave us...not long ago, Miss Hazwani left to work in Kelantan and before that Mr Goh gave his up job to further his studies in the US, and now Miss Alicia is intending to do the exact same thing...she said that she got an offer to teach at a university in Perak and we all know that it is what's best for her but it's just sad to say goodbye after all we've been through together(jiwangz!)...muahaha...she even got each of us a bookmark (she made them herself!...how touching...huhuhu). We can't stop her from going though, but we pray that she will lead a happy and successful life and that she will never ever forget us here....her awesome students!On her last day at Unity College International, our council members organized an impromptu (haha...not really) farewell party for Miss Alicia (she informed us of her departure a day before the party thus it was not so grand like Miss Hazwani's). I captured some pictures of our last days with Miss Alicia...have a look!

WHY????

Just now I went to Cineleisure to have a game or two of bowling...
so since my right arm was hurting too much for me to be able to hold the heavy house ball...

I decided early on to just play stupidly....you know...just throw the ball and hope that it'd knock down one or two of the pins at the end of the lane...I even tried using my left hand..awkward!

the first and the second game would make me look like an amateur considering that I couldn't even pass 100.funny coz I've been in this sport for almost a decade!(should have been a pro already!..but no I'm not a pro..sadly)

and for the third a.k.a last game,me and my friends suggested on playing more seriously to the group of four who played next to us...and to have a competition.3 versus 4!

supposedly the other group has an advantage of having an extra player...

but in the end my group won!ahahaha....the 3 superiors managed to topple off the 4 inferiors!!!muahahaha....sorry!too evil!

All My Worries...Vanished In Thin Air...

I Don't Like It When...

there's no new messages in my inbox...in my cellphone that is!

you know the feeling when you accidentally left your cellphone at home...

and only realizes that you actually leave it after you reach your work place or school or watever...

and thought that it was too late to turn back...?

this had happened to me numerous times before!

and most of the time, when I reached home after wateve I was doing earlier, only to find out that nobody had called me or even sent me a text message!

oh...how disappointed I would be, looking at the screen of my cellphones (yes, I have two!)...

I would definitely feel even more disappointed when there's actually a new text message sent to my number and when I opened it, the message said "your account is about to expire, topup to continue your services".(something like that...I just made that phrase up...hahaha..you got what I mean right?)...

That right there is a heart wrenching moment!

The Laboratories Are Sauna Rooms!

ah..labs are supposed to be cool and exciting...

but our labs are the absolute opposite of what we expected...

with no airconds or fans...we had to endure the heat...

plus wearing the lab coats really 'helps'!

we were sweating like running a marathon or something...

so uncomfortable and disgusting....we all smelled like sweat!

sweaty armpits all over the IEM building...ahahaha

so inconvenient!maybe these were the punishments we deserved after

complaining how cold it was in the hall of the previous building....

(i didn't really complain much because sometimes I do love the freezing cold environment...

such a nice condition for sleeping...ahahahaha)

btw I have my shawl so it covers me from freezing to death in the hall...ahahaha

this problem has got to be solved!FANS WON'T DO!

Hyprocrite?

Am I a hypocrite?

what does hypocrite mean actually?

I was told that hypocrite is when you tend to pretend to be someone else or to express your feelings in one way when actually you're totally (/feeling) the opposite!

Am I being a hypocrite?

reading this one comment from my friend about being a hypocrite made me think about it....

yes..i am a happy-go-lucky person...housemates approved!but i do sometimes feel lonely or angry or tense...all those negative feelings one shouldn't be having on a happy day...

I smile a lot that I think my jaw has loosen out of place...ahaha...

do smiling and laughing when you feel angry or sad mean you're being a hypocrite?

I guess in some weird ways that's true but some other odd ways,being a hypocrite in order to make other people happy can be accepted...(right?)

What's the point on being an honest straightforward person when all you can do is hurt the people around you?

I don't know whether I'm a hypocrite or not however I do seldom feel like one just by looking at those who look at you differently...they make you think there's something wrong with what you're doing or what you're being or the way you're acting at that moment!

A Plane Crash

to me, it sure does look like a plane with a malfunctioned left engine and a brken right wing crashing...with its helpless passengers panicking, screaming for their life, waiting for the pilot and co-pilot to figure a way out of the situation.muahahaha...

Not everyone realize this but my name is spelled with a Q not a K!

I've always received text messages where my friends spelled my name incorrectly

I'm not saying that I hate you guys for spelling it wrong...but I much prefer you guys

using Q rather than K...as in iQin!

Listen To This...

Remember when I said that I would absolutely watch Hannah Montana The Movie this coming April?
Hmm...so I checked the trailer out and noticed the background music and immediately fell in love with it...
I browsed in the net looking for the song and without much effort I found out that it is called "The Climb"...
I listen to that particular song over and over again and just couldn't get enough of it!
I asked this one friend of mine to listen to it (she's not much of a Hannah Montana fan let alone Miley Cyrus) and she loved it!
Therefore I want you guys to also listen to it and tell me what you think...
To those who hate it, just say nothing!
Silence is the best policy!muahahaha...

I was wrong...

I had another game of badminton with Syasya...and Yus
and it turned out to be quite exciting and fun...I had some laughs here and there...
that day Syasya didn't look so serious (mayb she read my previous entry??yikes!)
can't wait to play another round!!

It's Only A Game....

There's this one early night, Mazni and I played badminton with Emi and Yus, and we had so much fun laughing and teasing at each other for not playing properly, I missed several easy balls (I'm not suppose to call them balls but who cares...), so did Mazni, Emi and Yus. I guessed those two (Emi and Yus) wanted to play a real game against Mazni and I but we were playing so stupidly that they opted to just play along.
And when I missed hitting the shuttlecock (I tend to do that often), they all laughed as if I'm the only clown there. They were no better than me to say the least.haha...ok2...
maybe Emi and Yus were just being polite...who knows??
After maybe about half an hour playing, Emi and Yus gave up(huhuhu~) and asked Syasya and Cap to take their spot.
And the new game begins...Mazni and I split up and mix it up...(meaning Mazni teamed up with Syasya and Cap with me)....
That game was a bit dull and lifeless...We didn't laugh...(Well Mazni n I did laugh a lot but the other two were like serious and seek-for-revenge-looking)
We didn't have as much fun as the previous game...hmm...(*disappointed*)
Maybe they were too shy or just plain competitive...Forgivable...
I just hope to have a fun and exciting game of badminton...
we're not pros here so don't expect too much from us...

We'll Miss You

Another of our lecturer has to leave us coz she got an offer to work elsewhere--->

MJSC PC in Kelantan...

This is the second time this has happened...saying our goodbyes...to our beloved lecturers...

If you remember, Mr Goh 'left' us late last year to further his studies in the US.

Now, the history is repeating itself...again we have to bid our goodbyes to Miss Hazwani, the dedicated, loving and charming Chemistry lecturer/coordinator.

We're gonna miss you, Miss.

We hope for the best for you in Kelantan and good luck in your future undertaking.

We held a farewell party for Miss Hazwani and brought loads of food (we made them ourselves)..

and the boys did some live performances...(some of the songs were inappropriate but kudos for the 'powerful' guitar-playing)...~I've always hoped to b able to play the guitar n piano(*wishful thinking*)~ ****||jealous||****

I have a video of the boys' performance but I'll have to upload it later...stay tuned!

I've Mastered The Impossible...

haha...I've mastered another skill-->typing in absolute darkness!!!

One night,my friends and I were watching this movie called Hide and Seek and since it was more or less a thriller movie, one of my friends suggested on switching off all the lights for dramatic effect. halfway through the movie I remembered that I haven't done my assignment. So I started typing away in spite the darkness...I found out that typing in the dark was utterly hard...Even though I knew where all the letters were but I ended up writing complete gibberish. I practiced and practiced and finally I was able to type with minimal errors...and I mean very little! I felt fantastic...it was as if I didn't have to look at the keyboard. Hihihi....

BUT!I warn you guys...do not do what I did...It's bad for your eyes!Take good care of them and do not read in the dark...

What A Pleasant Surprise...

I bumped into my old friend/x-rumate/x-schoolmate/x-bedmate(muahaha)...Afifah a.k.a PIPAH!!!!

I was shocked when suddenly I saw her face the moment I turned around after withdrawing some money from the ATM...

I was like..."Ahhh(screaming)...Pipah!!!!"
That was the only 'sentence' that I managed to say without stuttering.

I got tongue tight and somehow my mind suddenly went blank. It's been 4 years since the last time I saw her, I thought I had so many questions to ask but none managed to come out of my mouth. The rest was just me stuttering and stammering(I stutter when I get excited or nervous) trying to make a conversation with her. So Pipah was actually the one asking all the questions.

Oh, Helma(my other friend) was there too...She was exceptionally quiet. I don't know why. If I remember correctly, she was really talkative during our schooldays together. Or maybe she got the same problem that I had. Ahahaha...

But the thing I hate about reuniting with old friends is that I embarrass myself looking so fat when standing beside them...that can't be help!Dieting is never gonna work on me!

It's okay...I still have 7 years before our grand reunion!huahuahua..
